Airic Paulsen - Music

This Hipsey Hussle interview doesn’t really reflect my personality, but it shows what I am interested in a lot. Westcoast music interests me a lot, specifically hip-hop or rap, but it isn’t just the music that interests, it’s the label, the collaborations, the independent artists, etc. I like seeing how artists that are in gangs interact with artists from opposing gangs, I like to see if they’d put the gangs aside in order to collaborate and make good music and money for each other. A pretty famous saying in the West is “Red and Blue make Green”, even though those colors don’t actually make green, the saying means green as in money, the red and blue means bloods and crips, so “Red and Blue make Green” essentially means that artists can put their differences aside in order to collaborate and make money. It is encouraging to know people that don’t even know eachother yet still hate each over a color can put that aside in order to make something together make something that can inspire other people from those tough areas or any tough areas to put it aside for something better.

  3. I appreciate your taste in west coast music and agree that it's cool those artists can get along with each other for the sake of making money and gaining popularity in the world of music.
