I used a dark contrast to show how when your older everything slows down than what your life used to be and causes you to relax like how the picture makes you feel when you see it.
I also used a dark contrast on half the picture because everyone goes through dark times when your a teenager but than half the picture has color and a peace sign because everyone also goes through Happy times.
