Courtney Sessler- Don't Blink

I chose the song Don’t Blink by Kenny Chesney because the title says it all. It makes you realize how quick your life moves and changes. He wrote it because he lost three family members in a 2 year time period. He said that we never know what’s gonna happen and how time is so short, so don’t blink because life goes faster than you think. When you look back at life, it seems like one big blur of time. Take everything as it comes and don't miss out on any opportunities which could enhance your life and stand out once you look back on the time that has passed. He put in the lyrics just like that you're 6 years old you take a nap and you wake up and you’re 25, and your high school sweetheart becomes your wife. Life doesn’t slow down for anything he’s saying and basically saying we're gonna miss it so don’t blink.
