Basic visual elements Activity - Sean McCracken

The older version has more of a contrast to give off the feeling of a long gone memory and the long life that the elderly have lived. As well as having a nice symbol in a classic bordering fashion at the bottom of the page for any appreciator of simple style.  Nothing really stands out and everything blends together well in a effort to avoid any emphasis in one message over another so nothing "screams out" to the viewer and gives a much more relaxed tone to it.

The newer version has high and vibrant colors to target a younger audience with more attention to drastic color changes. Several key words are emphasized to portray a message of youth rather than elderly due to the “playing” being a characteristic for a younger audience. As well as the symbol in the bottom right to have the whole thing wrapped up with a very visible symbol for later recognition as is normal for advertisements.
