The main message that this song portrays is to live life to the fullest and there is no point in taking life easy because at the end of it all we all arrive at the same place. The message is portrayed by several key artists that experience the “fast life” first hand and often reap the rewards of taking risks. While many aspects of the video are just for a pleasing effect they do single out the singer in several occasions to maximize the message due to very limited surrounding environment to emphasize the individual in the picture. There is not a specific intended audience but rather the human race as a whole from speaking of the perspective as someone who has a finite amount of time to live. The message, I believe, is fairly accurate given the circumstances that is one life. Obviously, people do not live forever and thus have an extra incentive to experience more of life rather than sit around and take it easy. However there the argument can be made that the whole point of life is not for self amusement but rather the continuation of life to the next generation and in this scenario the message of the video has a fundamental flaw. I, personally, will take this message and try to experience as much of life as I can while I still can.
